Where to find 24" drum hoops?

I need to find some 24" drum hoops with 8 lug fittings for a project I'm making. These can not be bass drum hoops; those would never work for my purposes. I need them promptly as well so please if you know anywhere that sells/makes these let me know, there are no stupid answers. These are to be the typical metal hoops that you would find on floor toms. Although, if it is original Ford part it may not have and grease zirk (fittings). When you buy after market parts it will have grease fitting on them.
