My Sister took something of mine that didnt belong to her!?

k i have this trippy bag school bag and my sister took it and it belongs to me, then i asked my sister to give it back she wouldnt then started being mean 2 me, then my mom was sleeping, i asked her quietly how to deal with her then my mom just told me to shut up like wtf ?
