Where to find 24" drum hoops?

I need to find some 24" drum hoops with 8 lug fittings for a project I'm making. These can not be bass drum hoops; those would never work for my purposes. I need them promptly as well so please if you know anywhere that sells/makes these let me know, there are no stupid answers. These are to be the typical metal hoops that you would find on floor toms. Thank you!
