How do I drain the water from my Static Caravan?

I have a Willerby Evolution holiday home. After the Winter I had multiple leaks because of broken pipes/fittings. Is there a central point where I can drain all the water, including the Cisterns. Is there a suitable Insulation product I can buy that is easy to fit but will protect from freezing.
