Why do people automatically think..?

I dont think people automatically think teen parents wont succeed i think its the individuals attitude to having a child but it doesnt help that 90% of teen parents have a bad attitude and give those teen parents who are willing to do well a bad name. Some teens are mature for their ages where as some are immauture and they see that having a child means an easy way out of working life and not to do best by their child. I know a quite a few people who have had children in their teens and i can say only very few not even a handful have continued to do well, stick in and get a job etc to give their child the best start in life and provide for their child. Good on you for doing your best. Your son has a good role model :)
