What was this old show? It aired on Teletoon or Nickelodeon?

It was about this big guy in a purple suite with yellow wolverine-like claws. He lived with this blonde chick and I think it was implied he had a rabbit head underneath his helmet (which was kind of shaped like the Punisher skull) although that last part might be my faulty memory. It kind of had a trippy Duckman, the Head kind of feel to it.
