Net Framework 4 roll back error?

hello,i want to install net framework 4 for a game. But when in the middle of installing it says Rolling Back .Net Framework 4 Client Profile. When the rollback progress is done theres this error that say Installation Did Not Succeed. Net Framework 4 has not been installed because : Fatal error during installation. Can anyone help?
