Is it possible to go from being a lpn to a pediatrician?

i was accepted several colleges and 1 university but i think i want to just attend cc because i want to become an pediatrician. ; if i go to college/university i will take classes that would help me to become an pediatrician but if i go to cc i will take classes so i can become a lpn... or rn. (probably lpn because its shorter time in school?) if i go to college i'm scared i'm going to struggle in life 12 years while in college because i will probably have a job at McDonalds while attending college. but if i go to cc i will only have to struggle for 2 years until i can gain my degree and then become an lpn. then i will transfer to a Big college so i can still be the pediatrician i always see myself being.. what do you guys think please give feedback and comments,suggestions? do you think this is a good plan shall i revise it. idk just trying to plan to succeed thats all. =/
