IS CRASH GUARD A MUST IN BIKES?

It is not Must as per the RTO rules and it is all meant for your safety. A crash guard is not included in the ex-showroom price and it is charged extra in accessories as it is not a mandatory part. If you wish to have safety then go for it and if not, you can ignore in purchasing it. There is no fine for it.
