I didnt make a mistake leaving my house did i?

i feel kinda trippy right now, i think its because of starting taking seroquel xr (im easing into it as my psychiatrist said to and today i took 50 mg ) and these painkillers i have (vicodin and acetominophen, legally prescribed to kill the pain an infected tooth has been giving me) and right now im at somebody elses house (i biked here). they wont make me fall asleep at some time will they (like when im riding my bike back home)?
