Electric light fittings?

The rating is because of the heat that the canopy can withstand. But - the rating is the limit for incandescent bulbs. The UV ones are fluorescent types which run at a much lower temperature, so even with the canopy in place you could use a pair of bulbs totalling more than 25W.
