Did i just have my first lucid dream?

I know ''if in a dream u know ur lucid dreaming, then in fact u are lucid dreaming'', but my first one was like, I realised I was dreaming, but I was blind meaning my eyes were shut to that invisible glue, then I struggle to open it a bit but eventually I open them wide, I look at my surroundings, it looks abit trippy but its ok, I look at my hands and they look out of focus and weird, then I'm like yes I'm lucid but I didn't get excited like how first tine lucid dreamers are, but when I tried to manipulate people's action and make them act upon how I would like them to act, the dream just goes abit off focus and I think I lost my lucidity at that point, but the whole dream wasn't vivid, it didn't feel like I was THERE, but sort of watching myself abit, but I'm sure I had some sort of lucid dream, was it a semi-lucid dream or something else?
