Air Compressor Quick Connect Couplers - Size Question?

I am getting a new air compressor and I wanted to buy the connectors and fittings I need to run two different size hoses. My Blast Cabinet takes 3/8 Fittings and my spray guns take 1/4 Fittings. Do I need to have two different quick connect/disconnect couplers for the two different size hoses? I have been looking around but there seems to be many different styles of fittings for the couplers and fittings.
